Biography
Pyotr Krupnov, a civilian resident of the city of Nikolsk, unexpectedly faced persecution for believing in Jehovah God: in September 2021, he and his wife Maya became defendants in a criminal case.
Pyotr Krupnov was born in July 1963 in the village of Akhmatovka, Penza region. His mother worked in a glass factory, now retired. The father is no longer alive.
Peter was the only child in the family. He liked to spend time with friends, ride a moped and a motorcycle.
In 1981, his family moved to Nikolsk.
After school, Peter received a secondary specialized education as a diamond grinder for the processing of glassware. For some time he worked at the plant as an adjuster of semi-automatic machines, then as a mechanic for the repair of steam boilers, now he works as a plumber.
Peter is fond of car and radio engineering, loves music and spending time in nature. He has an adult daughter who lives alone.
In 2002, the man decided to live according to biblical principles. He was touched by what he learned from the Holy Scriptures about the Creator and the future that he had prepared for people.
In 2008, Peter got married. His wife Maya shares her husband's religious beliefs and supports him in everything.
In spite of everything, Peter maintains good spirits and a positive attitude. He keeps in touch with family and friends who sympathize with him in connection with the persecution.
