Prosecutor Kuznetsov reads the contents of 13 volumes of the case, omitting details about the locations of searches and meetings for worship, which gives the court the impression that everything took place at the defendant’s place of residence. As a result, the court asks the prosecution additional questions. The prosecutor also quotes individual phrases from the psychological expert study without including conclusions or linking them to the defendant’s actions.
After the break, Yelena asks to listen to an audio recording of a meeting for worship at which her comment was made, in order to restore the meaning of the words she said, which were distorted by witness Manturov during questioning. The recording is listened to for about 2 hours, after which Mironova tries to provide explanations, but the judge interrupts her.
There are 7 attendees present in the courtroom who have come to support the defendant.
